Kristen Rich Fragnoli, MA, PCC is the owner of Quest Potential Coaching LLC. She is an ICF certified leadership development coach who uses a holistic approach to support leaders’ skill development and growth. She uses neuroscience, mindfulness, and the science of human flourishing in her trainings and is known for her fun, interactive learning experiences so clients walk away with new knowledge and skills they can apply immediately to their business or organization.
Grounded in the belief that we’re all naturally resilient, creative and powerful with great capacity for growth and impact in the world, Kristen works one-on-one with executives and leads corporate and non-profit teams to success. Using her expertise in human development, she helps others enhance communication, develop leadership vision, create intentional change, improve performance and increase engagement.
Kristen has a Master’s Degree in human communication and certifications in change management, mindful leadership, conflict mediation and more. She spent three decades in higher education and is the Founder of FLX Women, a community forum designed to empower women.

Krista Gleason is the owner of Gleason Writes, a writing and strategic communications business located in Canandaigua, NY.
With 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Krista has led strategic initiatives for government leaders, corporate executives, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. She helps companies develop and clarify their message to win customers and grow their businesses.
With a passion for the community’s economic development and workforce success, Krista has supported numerous projects to promote and tell the unique stories of Finger Lakes region companies and leaders.
Prior to starting Gleason Writes, Krista worked at Kodak, helping lead corporate, consumer, and commercial business communications, as well as public affairs. She has also held top communications and senior adviser positions with elected officials in state and county government.
Krista is chair of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, an ex-officio member of the Town of Canandaigua’s Community Advisory Panel, and a past volunteer mentor for the Young Entrepreneurs Academy.
